“We were in desperate need of wiper blades on both of our vehicles. The weather was horrible and we shouldn't have let them go that long. But we did, and we headed out to O'Reilly Auto parts on westnedge. But this time we invested in the better quality wiper blades. Despite the horrible weather Blizzard conditions and Sub-Zero wind chill a very helpful employee, I think his name is Nick, came out to the parking lot and put the wiper blades on the car for me. We took our other vehicle back a couple weeks later to get those windshield wipers replaced and Nick was on staff again. He came out and put the wiper blades on for us. Customer service is very important to us and Nick at O'Reilly Auto parts on westnedge is top notch customer service representative.”

“My husband purchase a new interstate battery in texas before our trip to Michigan ,when we arrived to Michigan we start to having issues with the battery, after a few days we finally found a store here in kalamazoo and we went on a weekend we explain our situation, they test the battery for free and confirm it was a bad cell, they took care of the rest ,very friendly staff ,very knowledgeable and very professional, we are very thankful for their help.
