“📚 Shout-out to Kazoo Books 📚 If you like your bookstores big, quirky, and delightfully maze-like, Kazo Books is a literary playground worth getting lost in. Located at 2413 Parkview Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008, this gem stretches across multiple tri-levels and even spills into two small buildings just to contain the sheer volume of books. Shelves upon shelves, staircases leading to more shelves, and that quiet thrill of knowing the next turn might reveal your next favorite read. They’re open Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, making it dangerously easy to “just stop in” and accidentally leave with an armful of books. If wandering, browsing, and book hunting feel like a sport to you, Kazoo Books is absolutely your arena. Support your local book labyrinth. 📖🗺️”

“This is my happy place. Seriously. As a modest Catholic gal who loves a deep theology book, this is the place to go. They have rosaries, prayer cards, journals oh my! If I could give a million stars I would. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of books available, and impressed with the large selection of Nat Geo magazines ranging all the way back to the late 1920's. The cherry on top is that the owner is full immense knowledge, who is always prepared to strike up a conversation.”

“My daughter has graduated and I decided to grab some WMU swag as a proud dad!! I found the perfect hat. But man, I wanted an exercise shirt but I can't justify paying for the merchandise license fees of underarmour and WMU! Not a fault of the store, but still...there must be $40 worth of merch fees stacked on those shirts.”

“Expensive to buy books from here. From the quick and easy is worth the extra money. And the service was decent. I just had to wait about 15 minutes before someone was available to check me out.”
