If I have a choice in the future I will NOT use FedEx. We purchased a trampoline about 1 ½ weeks ago. It was delivered to the wrong address - 40 minutes away - on 12/5/2023. I, along with the person who received our package reported this. I was told it would be picked up from the incorrect address by 6 o'clock pm on 12/5, it was not. We have been in contact with the recipient since 12/5, he/she informed us that the package was set to be picked up yesterday, 12/6. Again, it was not. Fast forward to this morning 12/7, the person who has the package at their house still, contacted my husband and told him that FedEx refused to take the package with them because it's too heavy. I understand to an extent, it's a 75 pound box, but this is also YOUR job. YOU work for the delivery service. YOU or another driver delivered it to the WRONG house. So now after work I'll be making the 40 minute drive to go and pick up said package because the drivers at FedEx are either too lazy or too incompetent to do their job correctly. This problem wasn't originally any driver's fault, it starts with who loaded the truck and put our package on the wrong truck, the driver is now making it their problem with refusal to complete their job. The person that received our package didn't receive theirs, because obviously they got ours, and the driver that stopped at our house on the evening of 12/5 probably realized he had their package. Because guess what? HE DIDN'T DELIVER IT BECAUSE IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS. Do better FedEx.

The team at this location don’t get a whole lot of respect. You can drop off (pre-labeled) and pick up ground packages and the employee (Shawn) that you deal with is exceptionally friendly and helpful.Yes, FedEx Ground lets you down occasionally, but the folks at this location have been nothing but top-notch.

Very disappointing that the Fed Ex center off of Sprinkle Road doesn't care about the Americans with Disabilities Act! The handicap switch to operate and automatically open the door for handicapped or disabled people has been out of service for 2 years! 2 years! Shameful! Just absolutely shameful!

I've been waiting days for my package to be delivered, dumbass delivery driver can't read a house number, dumbass keeps going to my neighbors house who is in Florida knocks on the door and leaves, he even took a picture of the neighbors front door with house number included and claimed that was my door? Don't use FedEx if you don't have to, I was supposed to get a firearm delivered, a 2 day ship from supplier, sent on Wednesday should have received it Friday and it's Tuesday today and I still don't have package, I've had to stay home from work so I can sign for my delivery for 5 days now!!!aFuck this place and the people who run it!!!Wish I could rate no stars!!!!

CANT GIVE A 0 OR I WOULD, MIGHT BE WORSE FEDEX LOCATION IN THE COUNTRYOver the last 3 weeks I have had issues on 3 different deliveries. First one was I had a item that was attempted to be delivered, amazingly no slip on the door and I was home all day. Second one was website said sunday night that package was in the hub and to be delivered the next morning. I got email update that it got bumped to tuesday (which ok it happens) but got another email that it had been scanned and put on the truck to be delivered. Looked at the tracking number in the afternoon after the shipment window and they changed it back to tuesday. No notification on the change so basically I waisted my whole day come to find out after I called them. They almost made it sound like they found it funny. If I didnt have to sign for the item it wouldnt have been that big of a deal, but I did and waisted a whole day due to lack of communication and lack of customer service. The third one was today. I ordered a bed and it was shipped from Maryland to this hub with no issues. Once again I get a email saying your item is on the truck out for delivery around 6:45 AM. 2 hours after estimated delivery window I get a phone call from them. Saying the item was over weight and they werent delivering it but they would hold it for 10 days and I can come get it. Like I said it was shipped from Maryland and was weighed in at the Fed Ex hub at 147 pounds. Now it weighs 155 pounds and contracted drivers can refuse to deliver anything over 149 pounds. I asked them then why does it say its on the truck out for delivery then and when did you weigh this. The managers response was well its not on the truck and we weighed it at 10am. I recieved this phone call from them after 3pm so it took them over 5 hours to even let me know. Even if it is indeed over the weight limit your company accepted it and shipped it like 700 miles with no issues. The drivers might be contracted but guess what the useless manager there I spoke too isnt, so fix your companies mistake and hop in the truck and deliver it yourself. But that would require him to work and thats probably a lot to ask of him considering he couldn't care less about it because he basically made it clear that its my problem not his. From now on if I do t have an emergency to ship FedEx will never get my business because delivery person walk across my yard and I ask her before in the past to no avail did she respect my lawn AFTER SO SHE WALKED cross after I ask on this last delivery and she got angry and dropped a big size package and left it laying up against my tree and got in her truck and stared to pull off so I picked up a stone a threw it towards the truck and made no contact she must have reported it to her boss and no they won't deliver to my house in my name but they still deliver for everyone else still now I have to go and pick up my delivery so I'm getting consequences for my action to stop her to finish her job so I won't b using them at all

Fedex is the worst carrier around. Their locations constantly misroute packages causing delays and fedex customer service is horrible. Their representative hangs up on me in the middle of asking a question and their manager can't answer why packages are always getting misrouted and delayed. Clearly no one is holding their terminals accountable for their negligence and incompetence and the customers are forced to just accept this...

This location is awful. Twice now they havn't even tried to deliver my packages. They just send it back to the shipper with no reason. Only one star because I can't give them zero.

It's amazing that all the negative comments on here are a complete lie. First, you need to make clear if your complaining about ground or express. Labels can be made at any distribution center. Also, pkgs are left at front doors of residence unless instructed differently. If you live at an apartment, then you should have it delivered to the appt office or pick it up if it's an expensive item. You can also have a direct signature assign for it so it isn't left in the hall way. Drivers do not know what's in pkgs so they cannot make a judgment to leave the pkg or not. Drivers can only deliver the pkgs to front doors unless instructed differently. So if anyone has a problem with what Drivers are doing, I can only extend and apology from the Drivers. Please contact your local distribution centers instead of calling FedEx call center.

I had an important package being delivered and I got a confirmation of delivery yet nothing was ever delivered, the proof of delivery was a picture of the FedEx driver's dashboard with his gloves. When I called to find out what was going on they said they will contact me later and let me know what happened with the package but it probably won't be delivered now for another week because of the holiday. Horrible service

I knew the package was coming so I was home all day for the fact that the package had to be signed. I was sitting by the window watching all day. Finally at 4:53 while waiting I get update saying they attempted too deliver and no was was home or business was closed. There was 4 people home all day and I specifically waiting for my important package. Package showed up today changed review from 1 too 4 stars because the lady who picked up delivery today did her job right and got it done.
