I came here to pick up a package. The security guard was very unprofessional and hostile, when I asked where the pick up location was, he didn't respond and threatened to burn my house down. Very unprofessional and untrained

My local driver is Deville and he is a super nice guy and is always stopping for traffic in the neighborhood and is always smiling. We appreciate our local FedEx guy and have never had any issues at all.

My driver Joey has never dropped it like it’s hot with a package. He drives the speed limit, is cautionary with his parking, and has always has a positive attitude when stopping by our building. He’s a delight to have visit the office and is a model citizen!
