Henderson Castle is a unique and elegant historic castle inn, offering a beautiful and quirky experience different from most other accommodations. The property is wonderfully well-appointed, with beautiful grounds, amazing rooms, and special amenities. Guests describe the structure and decor as beautiful, with lovely and quiet surroundings. The staff are consistently highlighted as incredibly friendly, supportive, helpful, and communicative, providing amazing service and hospitality. They receive high praise for their effort in making stays special, including assisting with private events. Dining is a noted highlight, with delicious dinners, over-the-top drinks and food, a delightful breakfast "tower," and a beautiful brunch served in a special style. The overall experience is frequently called fabulous and incredible. However, a significant drawback is the sleeping comfort in some rooms, where cheap foam mattresses made it impossible to get a good night's sleep and led to soreness. Some also found the lack of trash receptacles in rooms odd. Despite this, the property is maintained as very clean and prepared for guests. The experience is still highly recommended by many.
I worked with the staff to help with a surprise private event and it could not have been executed better! All the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, communicative and gave their 100% effort to make sure it was a special day. Cannot recommend them enough!
