Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Customers can visit the Kalamazoo, MI location to find gardening supplies, new appliances, paint colors, and patio furniture. The staff, especially in the garden section, are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, some shoppers have experienced difficulty finding staff to answer questions, with waits for managers and staff sometimes lacking product knowledge. Prices on wood can be high, but the store offers a good selection of brands and items needed to build or fix a home. Overall, many customers enjoy shopping at Lowe’s for the variety of products and helpful service, preferring it over other big box stores. Despite occasional staff challenges, Lowe’s remains a favorite for home improvement needs in the area.
You can find just about anything you need. We bought appliances for our new home. Excellent service, delivery was great too.

We were recently in the Westnedge Kalamazoo Lowe’s, looking at stoves and refrigerators. We dealt with Leslie, who was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient. When we returned later in the week, she actually remembered our first names. I was blown away! What an asset she is to this store and department!!
