“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Ferguson Team, I had bought a toilet a year or so ago and was having issues with the seat. Shannon Hickman had me bring home a new toilet seat and said no problem and warrantied it for me. I sent him a email with the pictures and confirmed I could throw it away on Friday around 8:30pm and I wasn't expecting him to email me back till Monday but around 10pm I got a response and he said absolutely and I was shocked he emailed me. You normally don't get that type of service at a large business like this. Great work Shannon!!!”

“I have used these guys for various components over the years. Never even given a second thought to leave them a review until today. I purchased a motor and capacitor. Had a little difficulty wiring them up due to the wiring being a bit different. But with a quick call and a little bit of explanation (I think his name was allen) had me straightened right out. Highly recommend.”
