“Went from best experience in the start to current situation of over 20 calls regarding no CPAP supplies being delivered and still no resolve. Each call is a promise to call back with an update and that never happened so another call on my end to get yet another issue is resolved and supplies shipped out. Each person is reading notes from last call but is missing most details and after 20 weeks of calling the only thing I have is a bill found from over a year ago that they said they forgot to bill me but went directly into collections. I am so frustrated yet can't have another supplier provide since they have already billed insurance”
