“I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.”

“This place always has excellent service! They go above & beyond. I can always get my wiper fluid filled for free, get tire pressure checked for free & of course they do the other things too! Recently they saw me struggling at the station across from them, trying to fill my own tire, one gentleman came over to me to ask if I'd rather them fill for free. I explained I would need to purchase one wiper blade & they offered me 2 for the price of one! Great value!”
“This location is always consistent and friendly. The staff are always friendly and inviting. As oil prices have increased so has the price of the oil change. If you get full synthetic don't be surprised if you drop around $100. Overall I prefer this location to the Portage Rd location where they aren't as friendly or helpful. Overall I would recommend RPM for a quick and friendly oil change.”
“We were on a road trip and our car has a vibration. We came to d and s auto shop and the staff were extremely nice to us. They checked the tire nuts immediately and told us everything is fine and didn’t charge us a penny. It’s hard to find such nice and honest mechanics now. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Doug and team just handled my oil change with efficiency and friendliness, not often seen in companies today. They also helped immensely when my wife’s brake caliper had locked up and was smoking and she pulled in in an emergency and they diagnosed it and told her not to drive it and we got it back to Tapper after a bad repair they did. Definitely go and see Doug and his team.”

“they did full exhaust on my 1995 chevy truck with flowmaster 40 series and dual chrome tips 2 years ago and my truck still sounds amazing and people love the tone. i'm def coming back this coming up weeks to do my car next, highly recommend. price wasn't bad.”
