Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Kalamazoo provides quick, easy, and trusted preventive vehicle maintenance. The team works efficiently and does a clean job with oil changes and other services. Every time, the staff is incredibly kind, polite, business-like, and very helpful. They are willing to walk you through any service you may need and explain all the actions being done on the car. The service is fast and efficient, often with no wait, and the sales team is not pushy. They explain the condition of items like wiper blades and talk about what service may benefit your vehicle based on mileage, letting you make the decision based on what you need and can afford. Some services, like transmission fluid changes or certain hybrid vehicle maintenance, are recommended for a dealership. Additional services, like checking tire air pressure, are pleasantly offered free of charge. The environment is positive, with professional people who go above and beyond, making it a highly recommended place for an oil change or to get tires filled with air.
Assistant Manager Tae and the Sunday staff was able to install a brand new car battery late on a Sunday afternoon. They were quick and efficient and got me on my way so I could attend a family event. 10/10 would recommend the Valvoline on Gull Rd.

Tae and the team were so nice! Tae understood what I needed and did not pressure me into things that I could not afford. I got my oil and air filters changed like I needed, and I was very happy with my service and the explanations of what I needed.
