“I took my mini golden doodle 5 mth old puppy here today for her first puppy haircut and grooming and when she came out I couldn't hold back the tears she was adorable. Everyone says she is so cute and yes she is. I was so afraid because she has a little stubborn strik.but Bethany said she done really well for first time.i was so released and happy with the service we got today. I would recommend them to anyone.they are great!”

Their selection of pet food is outstanding.
The live pet section is clean and orderly.

“My experience at Barks in the zoo was amazing the staff is great and Prince was well taken care of for his first hair cut! Luke was so lovely and treated Prince like he was his own! I would highly recommend them for your grooming needs!”
“I came in tonight because two cans of Intuition cat food had black spots all over it. I was worried it was mold so I asked to talk to a supervisor. Ethan came right up and we chatted for a second. He explained that this was actually a chemical reaction but still provided different cans for me to take home.
After doing my research, he is correct!
He handled the situation very well and had another employee, Hailey, there with him.
Both were very, very kind and understanding.
High praises as I am a manager myself.

“Even though it is a smaller store, you get the country store feel with good ol’ country people help. You won’t find nicer people than at the store! If they don’t have something, they will go out of their way to get it for you. Robin is a sweetheart and Kurt should be the store’s mascot, he’s the best!! “Karen in the grooming department was awesome! My cat is 18 years old and I was very nervous about getting him groomed for the first time (didn’t know cats need help with grooming as they age). She made me feel very welcome and treated my cat very well! She even adjusted my bill as I had chosen a more costly service than what he needed. Super awesome and I would definitely book an appointment with her again!”
