“Curbside pickup was a breeze, ordered online (there was a discount to order online and pickup in store so I tried it), got a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival they confirmed my identity and brought my items out right to my vehicle, it was all ready sitting on a cart near the checkouts. Overall it was a easy and fast way to get what I needed without having to go in the store. Although I'd happily go inside if this location would get their saltwater tanks back up and running, they've been out of order for over a year so they don't stock any marine fish. All I keep hearing (for over a year) is "they will be up soon, our manager doesn't care much about the saltwater tanks so they don't put priority on it", but nothing ever happens. Closest alternative with saltwater Fish/Invertebrates/Corals is MVPets (I highly recommend), or Petco in Battle Creek (has a pretty good selection but you should probably call before driving there to confirm what you want is in stock). Other than that the store is always clean, and employees are friendly when I do go in.”

“I buy most of my dog’s supplies, treats, and food here. One of the employees here truly helped save my dog. About three years ago, my dog got parvo and was very sick, he wouldn’t eat and was suffering from severe symptoms. Thanks to the advice we received from a staff member, my dog slowly started eating again and recovered.
Every time we visit, staffs here ask if we need help finding anything and always take the time to answer our questions. Even when we ask a lot of questions, they never seem bothered and are consistently kind and helpful.
