Bad experience. This isn’t like a real bank. The one machine that handles transactions like a teller would wasn’t working so I was unable to do what I needed to.

Horrible location because of the no teller crap the guy who's helping me needed more help than I did. I don't bank Here just cash checks to this bank yet I still get charged for cashing their checks! Never thru out the pandemic it never happened and now 10% of every check and I'm doing all their gd work myself so wth!?

This isn't a bank, it's a ATM attached to a building with people that point you to the atm. Just another sign of companies push for automation. I would recommend finding another chain that values humans. This ain't it. I'll be switching banks.
