“I'm a small business owner and chose Kalsee to conduct my daily transactions. The Gull Road branch is the closest to me so I stop by at least a couple of times a week. While I appreciate and use their on line services, I prefer to visit the branch and have a face to face interaction with the staff. While I have visited pretty much all the branches and have had excellent attention and help in all of them, the staff at the Gull Road branch has a special place in my heart. Erica and Jazmine are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also Linda and Alyssa before they moved on to different positions within the organization were awesome to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this team, Kalsee is lucky to have them.”
“I spoke to Mitchell today (6/1/26). My mother and I had to deal with an emergency situation involving our rent where for whatever reason our landlord (Concord Place Apartments/Edward Rose) made an unauthorized charge to our checking account that made our account almost -$1k. On top of it, we had paid our rent in full 2-3 days early and that payment got returned, so now we got hit with multiple NSF fees. Mitchell was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. He listened to our concerns, helped us freeze our checking account, explained procedures clearly, and made sure our situation was taken care effectively.”

“I have had a personal account for a very very long time. I have direct deposit and typically only use the ATM, but in July 2024 I have had a need to do business banking that require me to develop a more in person relationship with Comerica. It saddens me that they are being forced to close branches, but I understand the times we live in. As I had said, I hadn't done much in person banking with Comerica, but I am very impressed with the staff on Gull Road. Initially I worked with Tanya, and she is extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy, but everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Gull Road branch for old school customer service.”
