“This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”

I understand that people might be frustrated when it’s busy, whether that’s the customers or the staff. I honestly can say that for all businesses and our own jobs for that matter.
