“I love 2nd Impressions! I stop in at least once a month to buy books for my classroom and occasionally some clothes for me. The clothes are a little higher priced than I'd like, but I can't complain about book prices... only 50 cents for paperbacks! Twice in the last year, I've come in on a BOGO Free day for books. Walked out with 8 books for $2. Can't beat that! All the interactions I've had at the register have been super friendly. One lady who works the register was a teacher, and she loves seeing which books I picked out for my classroom.”
“First visit today. I liked the merchandise. I thought the jewelry was overpriced on the sterling jewelry for its condition (scratched, etc). But I think the household stuff was priced well. I will definitely revisit. Cashier was very friendly”

“I frequent this store multiple times a week! They are always putting new inventory out. But my review is for the employees on the floor- you guys are always running around and working hard! My favorite goodwill in the area for sure. Big shoutout to all the cashiers especially Jeff! He’s always super friendly , funny and professional!! “I've volunteered here off and on for a total of about 10 years. I totally reccomend doing it for even just one day it is defiantly an eye opener and you will stop complaining and realize how blessed you are. These people have absolutely nothing and even if you give them an apple to eat they are so happy and grateful for even that. They have everything they own in a suitcase and backpack most of the time. It's sad but there's also hope because they are fed it will help them get back on track with life you can't survive without food water or shelter which the Gospel Mission provides all. Even if you have kids CPS approves it here so they will not get involved. We do not serve food we would not eat ourselves. It's not just cereal in the mornings sometimes eggs and sausage then they have an area for something sweet like a donut or muffin. They also have a coffee station for the adults and a filtered water area. Everyone I've volunteered with is super nice and I feel safe there even though its down town and everything they. have security and take measures in security. I would totally recommend volunteering here and even if you have kids old enough that you're sick of hearing complain about not having the new gaming system they want to take them here it'll defiantly make them shut up. Its a great experience sad but good reminds me I may not have the nicest car but I have a car I may not have all the things what I want but I have everything I need and not everyone has that.”
