“Justin is such a phenomenal owner, he goes above and beyond for his customers and staff. Bringing in new products on the regular, especially if requested upon. It takes not a good owner, but a great one to put forth as much effort as he does to keep the community to content through his kindness and upmost respect towards everyone he interacts with. Whether it’s questions on products or throwing the best deals you could possibly find, he does it all. Recommend this shop to anyone, worth the drive and time!”
“The dude who works here saved our roadtrip tonight. We had broken an important piece to our bong and bro saved our lives with EXACTLY what we needed to survive the night. Best experience I’ve ever had at a shop like this ?”
“Had to return a vape that didn't work...twice same brand and Jordan at this location was great he didn't give me crap just made it right! Totally recommend!”
“Came in for a vape, left with a man telling me I was pathetic among many other things. 10/10 would come back for a cigar. Lol. Oh, And he helped me unwrap the vape. 😌 Thank you!”
“Great experience thanks too Raya! That girl needs a raise! I’m a frequent shopper so I notice employees at all of the Kalamazoo locations.
I always end up spending more than I planned on spending because of her and I’m never mad about it. You can tell that she is Naturally great with customers and has a very pleasant demeanor. You will know you when you meet her. She’s intelligent and pleasantly witty.
Any employee That leaves a Positive impact on customers like that is not only rare and Extremely hard to find these days, but they are also Irreplaceable in my book.
Thanks Raya!!! See u again soon!”
“Best smoke shop ever! The employees are so helpful and nice! I did see the other recent reviews and I have to say they clearly have it marked on their counter all sales are final right in front of the register! 10/10 would be back! Great atmosphere, great music and good vibes. Cashier was all smiles!”
“i always get excited when i see that jeff is working!
he is super chill, easy to talk to, and always so kind!!
ive been coming here for the last 4.5 years and ive seen a ton of workers come and go and he is by far my favorite one out of the many.
whenever i go here and jeff isn’t working the current workers try to rush me out and even seem annoyed that i’m there. there’s been multiple occasions where i’ve came and the doors are locked with the open sign on or a sign on the door saying “be back soon”... pretty unprofessional.”
“Clean, well, organized, friendly and staff. Reasonable prices with a wide selection of product and plenty inventory. Products ranging from lighters to glassware they have you covered.”
“Well, this place is really great. I mean fantastic great if you’re a tobacco or any type of smoking accessories like this is a place to go that’s where you need to be. I love the staff they’re friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can even call them and ask them for something and they can tell you whether they have it or not shop here. This is the adult of y’all.”
