“This place has quickly become my favorite hangout in Kalamazoo due to the great staff and products available. I have not collected comics since my youth and Rocket Comics has renewed my love of comics and helped me start collecting current comics as well as vintage comics. Some weeks I am in there 5 days a week just to look through the bins for something new to read. I am amazed by the vintage toy selection as well as the action figures. Mostly I enjoy feeling welcome to hang out and n*** out. I have taken my granddaughter with me and she thinks it is great also. I highly recommend this place for your comic shop, action figures, vintage and new toys, and they have plenty of cards to choose from also. They are always adding to their inventory and something always catches my eye. The staff is knowledgeable and enjoy sharing information on the stuff I am unsure what it is.”

“Love this store! Easy to spend a couple of hours here. I first discovered this store for my daughter’s friend’s birthday party. The employees are very engaging, friendly and super helpful. I ended up leaving the party room and spending the 90-minutes building a mini-figurine by myself. I had a vision of what I wanted and was able to put it together with various “scrap” pieces and items in the store. I am so happy we found this store!”

“This store was a LIFE SAVER! (Not literally but you get the gist) So here’s some backstory; my son (6months) has a VERY bad case of eczema that my wife and I have seen specialist about for months now with no resolve. In looking for other options my fiancé came across bamboo fabric because the clothes we were using had recently caused severe flair ups. This store not only carried what we needed but was even wiling to go the extra mile by staying open later to make sure we had these for our son. Gave detailed information about the clothes and suggested alternative options that we had never heard of amid our long time search for answers. Not even a full 24 hours later and his skin is clearing up, and more then that, he’s happy and smiling for the first time in what seemed like eternity. That alone is all a parent could ask for. “We were driving by and my son saw the giant action figures on the windows. I was forced to stop by. My sons both loved this place. There is so much so it can be a little overwhelming. We spend an hour in there. There was a section where kids could play games or trade cards. They had a lot of cute things for girls too. The selection was beyond great here.”
