“Paid for fill and put on list. Happen to run out of gas late that week. Called to get truck out. Was told nothing they could do unless I'd paid another $250.00. Freezing and hungry I said I'll pay it. I was put on hold to see when truck would show up. I was told it was to far away and nothing more until Monday, that's three more days with no heat or able to cook.
From this experience your companys moto is are customers don't matter. I even told her you want all my pipes to freeze and start leaking. She didn't have a good answer to and someone should be contact you. Frozen all night no calls. Now writing this glowing review for all to read how much customers are valued.
