About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas receives praise for its friendly delivery associates and excellent service. Customers appreciate the keep-full program, which eases the worry of monitoring propane levels. The staff, including delivery technicians and office personnel, are described as professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the experience personal and pleasant. Delivery and setup are often highlighted as excellent, with one customer noting a technician who went above and beyond. Pricing is generally good, with some customers happy about timely delivery and early setups. However, there are concerns about the Platinum Plus fee, with at least one customer feeling it is unfair and unnecessary. Overall, Ferrellgas is seen as a reliable, friendly company with professional staff that provides good service, though some customers have questions about fees.

As usual, my request for a tank refill was handled promptly. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful as I had a couple of questions regarding our tank. I highly recommend Ferrellgas.

With our tank monitor and Ferrellgas' process, getting a timely refill is seamless. This simplifies one more thing and I don't have to worry about having a sufficient supply.
