“My family and I have been Fleet Feet customers since they first opened in the area several years ago. We love their equipment that measures your foot length, width and arch. The results are very helpful to determine what brand and styles of shoe will best fit your feet. I have been to Fleet Feet stores all over Michigan as well as several states out west. The staff is always concerned about getting you into the best shoes for your needs. The last few years, as I age, I’ve had quite a bit of feet trouble. I’d like to commend Miriam, at the West Bloomfield, MI, Fleet Feet store for her extraordinary service and patience when helping customers with complicated problems like me. She assisted me two times for roughly 2 hours each. Miriam was so patient each time, helping me try on different inserts, heel cups for plantar fasciitis, and different brands of shoes. She really cares about her customers’ comfort. Fleet Feet is very fortunate to have her on their staff!”

“I recently purchased online a Thule EasyFold XT 2-Bike Hitch Rack, which I love!!!! I watched a video on how to put it on you car, load and unloading your bike, and how to remove it from your car. Everything worked perfectly for unmechanical me, except I had trouble get the hitch to detach from the trailer hitch. I discovered that D&D was a Thule dealer, so I drove over and asked for help. The gentleman in the was so very kind and instructed me on how to unlock the hitch so I could remove it. And I loved that he had me put it on and take it off a couple of times to insure I got the hang of it. He was the only person in the store and needed to go back into the store to help others, and then would return to check on me. He did all this ... for free, I had not bought anything from D&D. In the future, if I need any bike work or equipment I will be heading for D&D for sure. Unfortunately, I do not know the man's name ... but who every you are who helped me on on Saturday, at noon, on Sept 12th ... you are AWESOME and such a kind human being.”
“Its huge - could spend lots of time here among all the stuff...very comprehensive gun department I was picking up a purchase plus some gunsmithing devices and related. I usually don't come this far from home for things like this but this trip was an exception and this place was well worth it! (Plus steak and shake is right by the exit so yum ?!)”

“I’ve been coming here for years and years! gene (the owner) is a great guy and is definitely the kind of business owner you WANT to do business with! I’ve sold knives and guns here as well as bought several knives and guns! They are very fair with prices and all the guys are friendly and very helpful! I’ve come in to buy things I’ve come in to just look! Even when I’ve asked to see 30 different knives 10 different guns they are still very helpful and willing to help with anything that is needed! Definitely one of my favorite all time places to visit.. and the younger gentleman is a cool guy we sit and talk for 30-40 minutes every time I come in he’s showed me a ton of knives without hesitation he definitely has me hooked on all titanium knives lol overall everyone here are just genuine good people!”
“Went in at 330 on a Sunday and walked out ten minutes later with a new tube for my bike ? and a permanent fix to my ongoing rim issue. This is not the first time I walk in with an issue that gets resolved in a timely manner. You guys go above and beyond and I’ll be visiting D&D bicycles when it’s time to upgrade. “I have been looking for shoes for my gout ravaged feet for weeks with no luck. Either the wrong size, not at all cushioned or not available and on and on. Then I discovered Gazelle Sports in Birmingham and it's salesperson Chris. At that point, the clouds parted and the voices began to sing...I was finally in right place. Chris was awesome! He listened closely to my concerns, asked me what I did for a living to get a better idea of which shoes to recommend and when he felt he had all the information he needed he excused himself, was gone for just a few minutes and came back with at least 7 different shoes he thought might be good for me. As soon as I tried on the first pair, I knew Chris understood exactly what I needed. I tried on each pair and loaded with questions Chris answered each one...comprehensively and completely. He's also a really nice guy...fun to b.s. with. Anyway, I found a pair of Brooks shoes that Chris recommended and for the first time in at least 3 years I had no pain in my previously very hurty feet. I haven't been as excited as I was with my new shoes since I was a child on Christmas! So blessed to have had Chris work with me. If you need sport shoes/apparel go to Gazelle and be sure to ask for Chris!”
