“This place is an audio gear lovers paradise. First, be prepared to be shocked with the massive inventory in such a tiny space. The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. All of my gear now is vintage with personality and plenty of heartwarming sound. All from Ecotopia. I'm sure hi-fi enthusiasts will understand what that means.Thanks for all your time, Moses. Well I wanted a nice shirt and tie for my lady's birthday dinner. “This is a very good Eddie Bauer store location. It's located inside The Twelve Oaks mall.
I have personally shopped at this location several times and have not been disappointed. The staff here is nice and knowledgeable and will make sure you find the items you are looking for. Even if the items are not in stock, they will order the items for you.”
“The Lowry Estate turned me onto the Ferndale Vintage Market, and it led to me going to the store which has such a gorgeous and chic collection of items. I bought 2 fabulous dresses (check the purple dress pictured below), and Corliss was so warm and friendly with an amazing eye. I'd totally recommend coming in to see her or hopefully you can catch her at Eastern Market.”
“Really nice local resale and new item shop. Antoinette is also a pick-up location for WISH orders. Very friendly staff and every day there are discounted items and sales. Well worth stopping in to see if there are items for you. Nice selection of men's wear as well as women's garments and shoes.”
“I visited this value world for the first time while in the area and was thoroughly impressed! I frequent some of the other south east Michigan locations and this one stood out to me on size, organization, and cleanliness. I felt like some pieces were more reasonably priced than what I’ve been seeing at other locations as well. I didn’t have time to go check out the whole store so I will definitely be back! “The clothing racks seemed a little bare to me, it’s a pretty big store though with lots of other items like furniture and toys. I was happy with what I found and they offer both teacher and student discounts on Thursdays which is super nice.”
“I dropped off saws in working condition today. One friendly , one kinda sour person unloaded the saws. The Royal Oak Salvation Army store refused to take the saws. The Southfield store inside is very spacious.
I picked up a couple of place settings earlier; it was exactly what I was looking for.
I like this store better than the Royal Oak store.”
“Good place, a lot of cute things. However I get this is a hand me down store, but the dressing rooms need, and should be clean, sweep and mop daily. My niece brought some pink jeans, and they literally looked brand new! But the bottoms got instantly dirty because the dressing room floor was absolutely filthy! Please CLEAN the dressing rooms! It should be a job requirement! ?”

“Great thrift spot. The community is very generous with top end items. Prices reasonable not a “thrift grift.” Cashiers are personable. Lots of interesting items. High turnover so you can go again and again and see new items each time.”
“Best selection in a Salvation Army by far, low prices, well organised, staff are friendly. Might take a little digging because this place is stocked up but have never left empty handed. Usually a little understaffed so make sure to time your checkout right, great place overall!”
