Plato's Closet Novi is a spacious and organized store with a positive atmosphere. Reviewers find it to be the best, with high quality, cute clothing and shoes at affordable prices. The staff is consistently described as really nice, friendly, kind, incredibly welcoming, and helpful. Many customers report the best experience ever, planning to shop and sell there from now on. The store always has so much stuff, though one shopper noted a wish for more women's short sleeve shirts in summer and more seating availability near the shoe section. The overall sentiment is highly recommending a visit.
I love shopping at Plato’s! I always find some really great deals and the workers are always very friendly and helpful. Izzy helped me last time and she was so nice. I got a few things that she recommended at a great price too.
