“I just switched to Excel and so far the customer service has been great both on the phone and with the installation (Blake) who set up my service. He was willing to help me with any questions and even cap off my old gas dryer hookup for me while he was here since my dryer broke and I’m probably going to switch to an electric one. Pricing compared to my old company is incredible and I’m glad to be supporting somewhere local. It was a huge pain to cancel with my previous provider so I was happy Excel was able to take a small price lock-in payment while I figured that out. The new tank looks nice and Excel will come wash or re paint them free of charge when needed, which is great since my old one was never kept up by the company and kind of an eyesore (at least it was tucked away at the back of the house though). I will update this review if anything changes in the future, so far very happy I switched!”
