Advance Auto Parts provides helpful and professional service. Staff are very nice, informative, and awesome, assisting customers in finding parts and performing installations like new batteries and hose clamps in the parking lot. The location has a sizable, clean parking lot and is well taken care of. Customers report no issues and highly recommend the establishment for its efficient and wonderful service.
Today there was an issue that I assumed was an error from an online order. This error was completely my fault. Working with Mark B today has been the best customer service I have received in over 20 plus years. This young man understands how to deal with an escalation.
