First, their hours are incorrect on their own website. Collision is gone by 5pm. Their website says contact us today but they’re not interested in talking to you if you’re not buying a car (received a text, email, and phone call within minutes of filling out the form but no further reply once I stated I was looking for collision estimate and direct calls to Collision go unanswered and unreturned). My husband drove there twice for an estimate - first they were closed, second time was turned away because you have to have an appointment. What a joke. I can only imagine how terrible the actual service is. There are thankfully other options in the area, but my husband wanted a “dealer” quote for comparison. What a disgrace to Fox, where we have always bought our cars!

Dropped my wifes car off to get fixed for her "scheduled" appointment on 01/09/2024. Didn't get it back until 03/07/2024. That's 2 months later. This is a 2015 Mazda CX-5. She hit a deer going maybe 30mph and with hitting the deer it put a very small crack in the bumper. We scheduled it to get fixed, thinking we were just going to get a new bumper. We were told once we dropped it off that it would be about a week. Okay fine, just a week we have another vehicle we can use. So after no phone calls or anything I decided to call, they informed me that there is internal damage and it will take about another week. I'm thinking internal damage... there is barely a crack in the bumper. So whatever, another week goes by, I receive no calls or updates again. I call, they are waiting on a part... Some time around week 5 or 6 they decide to try an aftermarket part because the original part is taking to long to come in. Aftermarket part didn't fit correctly I guess so we are back to ordering/waiting for the first part. You are telling me you didn't already know this part wouldn't fit... I constantly ask for shipping updates on this new part, tracking info, just anything to get this vehicle done. I hear nothing to no surprise at this point. Seems like they just wanted to get as much money from insurance as they could. After the wife hit the deer she drove it for a few months with no issues. We take it in and all the sudden there is a bunch of internal damage... seems sketchy to me. When we picked up the car they told us not to go through the car wash because it was freshly painted. You are telling me for the 2 months you had the car you couldn't paint the bumper... For the 2 months they had it I think I could have fixed it. Not happy with the service or the time frame it took. Seems like they didn't care how long it was taking. We were never offered a rental vehicle either. Not happy. Will not recommend to anybody.

Oh boy…where to start
1. Incident happened in November and it took them til February to schedule me
2. When I finally was able to get my car in, every person working there was extremely nonchalant and acted like they couldn’t care any less about their job.
3. After a week I was finally contacted by the manager, who essentially told me that they were going to refuse to honor part of what my insurance paid them to do (clean and detail the interior). He proceeded to tell me that it was dirty and his crew complained about it, so he wasn’t going to honor the insurance payment. Wouldn’t budge an inch and claimed that they don’t detail cars there (they do).
4. Communication as to when my car would be fixed was non-existent. “A few weeks”. When I inquired about a loaner car, they told me there’s a waiting list, they had no idea how long. So now there I was renting a car for an indefinite period of time, racing the clock between when insurance cuts off on the rental and when these supposed “a few weeks” is going to be up. When my car was finally done, about two weeks later, I got a call 2 hours before they closed that the car was ready to pick up. So of course I couldn’t make it across town from my workday in two hours. So I spent even more money on my rental.
5. I finally did get my car back, but it came with surprises! The front quarter panel was scratched deep with some kind of tool, or against a wall. (Pictures Provided). And an employee had left a weed pen in the cup holder of my car…how classy Fox!
Overall, I’d give my experience 0/5 if I could. I will never go back here with any car maintenance issues again. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Terrible Communication, we dropped our car off on the first week in December 2023, two weeks passed and I didn't hear from them until I called them several times and emailed them to learn about the budget, now the guy was nice to me when I finally got the chance to talk to them, but once the budget was approved, never heard back from anyone. 2 months to have my car was fixed. To make it worse their hours are office hours now that my car is fixed after 2 months guess what I have to find time from my time to pick up my car. They should close a bit later or open a few hours on Saturdays just for pickups.

I was employed at 2 Fox dealerships; I'm not saying they are all bad, but stay away from Fox Ford. I bought 1 new and 1 used vehicle, as well as had my vehicles serviced in the body shop and service department. Doug Post sold us a warranty on our new 21 Ford Mustang for the rims and I quote Doug " it covers everything", working in the dealership arena, I double checked and asked if a wheel gets a curb scratch, it would be covered, and he said yes. About 3 months later, I contacted Zurich and was told no, scratched rims are excluded. Doug said they were. After 2-3 months of going back and forth, about Doug's misinformation, Doug finally said to contact the bodyshop and they would take care of it. The bodyshop refused it and said it was a service problem. Service stated to take it to the bodyshop. This went back and forth another couple times, with no help. Finally, called Zurich and requested a cancellation of my warranty, they said Fox needed to do that.I went and bought a Ford touchup paint pen and took care of it myself. $25.00. So, after several calls, and in person meet ups with Doug Post, still no refund. We were told by Doug that Zurich has sent our refund to Fox over 3 months ago. We were still trying to have loyalty to Fox, so we asked for a price for an extended warranty on the 21 Mustang. Doug stated he would apply our "refund" to the warranty and get us a good price. I check with another Ford dealer and got a better price on the warranty than the "good price" from Doug. So, now almost 2 years later, still no refund that Fox Ford and Doug Post is holding for my rims. Doug Post is a thief. If he can do this to an employee; how will he take care of you?

Terrible Communication, will wait for a week on insurance and not even reach out to you. Had my car over a month and never called me to tell me there was more damage. I had to call multiple times with no answer. Never updated on work, parts, or progress.Probably should just go somewhere else.

The person who answered the phone most times sounded like a teenager. He always replied with "if we didn't text you an update, then there's probably no update now is there?" I'm employed by a company with one of the largest Ford fleets in the nation. We will no longer be doing business with Fox collision.

We bought a vehicle from Fox Ford 7 months ago - a month after purchasing the vehicle, the ** went out. We called our sales guy and left a message, however, he never called back. Now, only 7 months later, we have a number of issues with the vehicle. Two weeks ago I emailed our sales guy and asked if we could get the car in for service, he never responded. After no email or phone response, I even texted his number, and also no response. They sold ** a c*** car and are now avoiding ** - their customer service is horrible and apparently they do not care about the customer after they get the sale.

Don't Deal with Brian , I applied through my credit union for loan on a 2018 f350 was waiting on underwriting to approve I have a 817 credit score and he sent me a picture of the truck and said another customer is going to buy it , he wasted my time I even offered a deposit which was declined I live 200 Miles away but he just played games.

Excellent service. The Emily and the office staff handle my Truck repairs. I'm from out of state when my truck got hit in Grand Rapids. Communication was awesome and when my Insurance decided to total loss my truck, they mailed me my personal items from my truck without hesitation. I would recommend Fox Collision!Service: Body & Trim
