My car got stolen I took my Kia there to get repaired. Just waiting to hear it is done.

Terrible Communication, will wait for a week on insurance and not even reach out to you. Had my car over a month and never called me to tell me there was more damage. I had to call multiple times with no answer. Never updated on work, parts, or progress.Probably should just go somewhere else.

They don’t answer the phone, don’t call you back. No answers or quotes from them! If by chance you do get a hold of someone they tell you they are going to follow up and never do! I will never give them my business again….and I’m still waiting for a follow up call from last week!!!!
