“I was lucky enough to find one of their advertisements for a shower, of all places, Facebook. I actually made the drive from just north of Columbus Ohio and I am glad I did. They had a great inventory and worked with me to get the shower unit I needed and at a cost well below the big box stores. Bob gave me a good deal for the shower I needed for my grandson with medical issues. I cannot say enough how great it was to deal with them. Thank you so much.”
“After multiple failed unhelpful trips to Menards for a bathroom sink project I was doing myself and about to give up on-Randy at Home Depot was my saving grace. He made me feel seen and heard and I really appreciated that! After describing what was going on and showing him the pipe I was working with, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and what I needed to correct the error. I was a die hard Menards gal, but no more! With Randy's help and knowledge I felt confident that I could finish this project and even start a new one-like replacing light fixtures! “I have been a loyal Depot shopper for at least 25 years. I worked at one for over 3 years a while back as a Pro Desk Manager and Key Carrying manager. I know "my store" well, so I can find everything quickly without help, unless something is bulky or too heavy. I always "enjoy" my trips to the Depot!”
