I went in to Kohl's with the biggest Amazon return I’ve ever done. I felt so bad for the workers and the people waiting in line. But Banu and the person working with her at the return/checkout desk were so incredibly kind and efficient. So thankful for them and their patience with me!

If I could give Roberta 10 stars, I would. She helped my sister in law find her wedding heels, and asked to see a picture of her dress to make sure they were the perfect ones! She was SO SWEET, and genuinely excited for her! Thank you Roberta!
