“Caeleigh gave exceptional customer service! She explained the difference in mattress & knew if a mattress would fit my needs. Caeleigh made sure I knew the different pricing packages & how the warranty worked. I will have my new mattress within 1 week. I highly recommend Jonathan Stevens!”

“We had an exceptional experience working with Brad and his team at Mattress Firm. We first visited about a month ago, and Brad spent nearly three hours with us—never rushing or pressuring us—carefully explaining the different mattress options and helping us understand what would work best for me given my back issues. What impressed us just as much as his knowledge was the way Brad does business. He told us Mattress Firm would offer the best pricing and would match a competitor if we found a better price. We did visit another store afterward, and Brad did exactly what he said he would do. His word means something, and that kind of integrity and follow-through is increasingly hard to find. His communication and follow-up throughout the process have also been excellent. He leads his business with principle, value, and genuine concern for his customers rather than simply trying to make a sale. We ultimately purchased a Tempur-Pedic. While we haven’t slept on it yet and are still awaiting delivery, the entire purchase experience has absolutely been five stars. Based on how Brad and his team have handled everything so far, we feel very confident the delivery process will be just as seamless. If you’re shopping for a mattress—especially if you have specific needs or simply want someone who will take the time to educate you rather than sell you—I highly recommend asking for Brad. He was truly a pleasure to work with.”

“We had such a wonderful experience working with Doug! From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with our decision without ever making us feel pressured. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about helping people find what’s right for them, but Doug went above and beyond. His knowledge and kindness made the entire experience easy and enjoyable! We can honestly say we won’t buy a bed from anyone else as long as Doug is around! If you’re looking for a mattress, ask for Doug — you won’t regret it!”
