I came into the store (about 1:40-1:50 p.m.) to exchange a pair of shoes and had such an easy experience. It was two young Black women who listened to the situation and immediately took action. I’d like to thank Miss Nadie (or Miss N) and the other young woman for their help in the mix-up!!
