Flowerland plants were healthier and lower priced plus customer service to another level with experts available to help decide what plants are easier and how to tend to your plants year around.”

“I recently bought a house a couple of months ago, so I’ve been visiting the Home Depot on 54th Street in Grand Rapids quite often. Every time I go, I have a great experience.
The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, but I especially want to recognize Brian and Abby at the front desk. They are truly amazing! They always go above and beyond to help me find the products I need, answer my questions, and even assist with loading and unloading materials when needed.
Their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service make every visit enjoyable. It’s employees like Brian and Abby who keep me coming back. Thank you for making home improvement projects so much easier. I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone!”

“Rented the 11 pound demolition hammer, worked great at removing 2x2 ceramic tiles from my fireplace hearth. Previous owner set them with concrete…I tried using a chisel but it took forever to just get one up. Hammer removed them in 2 hours. Big mess but definitely worth it. Need some muscle! Service was excellent, cost about $ 50.”

“I love home depot but please find someone capable of watering the indoor plants so they are not sitting in 5 inch water! I had a cashier drain my plant before I bought it and the water gushed out. Definitely seen this many times as I buy my plants there quite often.”
“Manager Holly made us feel very welcome when we entered the store today. She immediately pointed us in the right direction and asked another employees to help us out. Employee Steph up front was very quick and pleasant to deal with and made us feel like a valued customer. Employee Ron went above and beyond today trying to find the most cost effective solution to our problem. He searched the Home Depot website, did some math, gave us some different prices and options to consider, then we ended up leaving with some blinds he cut to width for us. Extremely helpful!”

“Great day at Horrocks! Wine, flowers and a variety of food. I also love their produce selections they always have a wide variety. The only downfall was at the Kentwood location they don’t let you try the vinegars and oils that you can at the Lansing location. They are pre bottled and you just have to take a shot if you like it. Still a great trip!!”
