“So happy I gave them a try!Trust Elizabeth! Elizabeth runs a tight ship! Hearing her work and run the process put my worries to rest.I normally go to Firestone, but I wanted something quick and easy, not to wait 2 hours.I was hesitant because I have heard horror stories about quick lube places.Some of the reviews weren’t that great.But seeing that most of the reviews were 5-stars, I gave them a shot and I am happy I did!I can’t express how impressed I was to see them operated like a well oiled machine. They made sure I was educated on all the stuff they have to offer and the status of my vehicle.Got the 0-20 synthetic oil change and it came with a free car wash for less money than Firestone!They have now replaced Firestone as my go to place as long as they keep Elizabeth… and on that note… give her a raise!”

“I can't say enough good things about this oil change location. I have come here several times and every time they go above and beyond. They always explain everything thoroughly and offer additional options. Today I came into this location with an odd request of just needing help changing a bulb.... after having gone to approx. 5 different places as I moved out of kentwood nobody would/could help me. However I took the time to drive here they went above and beyond to help me, answer all my questions and also show me several things. They even checked my fluids without my asking! 10 out of 10!!!
