I’m a regular here for cat food. It always saddens me to see all the Betta fish in cups! Bettas need at least 5 gallons of heated water since they’re tropical fish. I’ve seen so many sick, sad Bettas here that would have such a better life in a tank. Petsmart can do better than this!

The cursor service is good, but some employees lack knowledge about start is on display. It's not a big deal, but it could be useful to have, let's say, a detailed printed brochure or booklet for fish on display. The store is nice and clean. The prices or deals could be better.
