“I have been delivering to this elevator for around 5 months now. Let me start with, the scale and dump pit are relatively easy to navigate. You can enter the dump pit from either direction, if the parking lot has cars or a dry van make it easier for yourself and come in from the road side. The gentlemen (Bert, Ryan and CJ) at the dock are awesome. They are clear in communication, knowledgeable and professionally friendly. By far, the best team I have worked with in grain so far. As a consumer, this location is quaint, convenient and reasonably priced. Easy to give 5 stars for that. As a driver/delivery person, this location is an easy favorite, 5 stars earned with consistency, compassion and expertise. Thank you, Bert, Ryan and CJ for being awesome and making it better for drivers.”

“I like the staff there, it's usually clean, the tanks seem pretty well managed, and the pets offered seem as well taken care of as you could expect. The fish are at least attentive & the tanks are clean. I'm glad that they partner with local shelters & all applicants are considered carefully before an adoption goes through. This particular location also did well to follow through on a reasonable survey request, which my cat and I greatly appreciate.”

“This location is always clean, well stocked , aisles are clear of clutter but the Best part is the staff. Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. Great Job as a company from the vision to the execution. You are doing a Fantastic job. We Love shopping at your store. My family, and my children w/their kids all shop with you. Thanks for making it a great experience and I for got to mention the prices are great as well. I hope this review is read at the corporate level and read in a store meeting so they know that their hard work is noticed and appreciated greatly.”

“I love this store!!! And its employees 🫶 Corporate needs to do a better job taking care of them, and customers. I got an offer to get 15% off an in-store purchase of frozen dog food.. the only type of food my dog will eat. Well, I was excited, only to find out I have to BUY ONLINE and pick up IN STORE and this was after I already drove and arrived at the store HAHAHAHA. Corporate is a joke.”

“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing. The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis. I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
