“I highly recommend this office! Why…. Friendly staff, clean lobby/exam rooms, knowledgeable veterinarians, appointment reminders, post-visit checkup calls, and for always being kindly/professionally cared for by every single team member.
Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!

“An edit to my original review: Christy the office manager reached out to me and cleared up some confusion and we were able to come to an understanding we were both happy with. So I’m updating my review to 5 stars. While I am going to stick with the new vet we are seeing now, I would consider going to VCA Woodland or Knapp in the future.
We have been going to VCA since late 2020 with our senior dogs. The first time we saw Dr Ambrose we loved her and we always made our appointments with her. All the other vets are great, sometimes you just really click with a person. After years of seeing just her for check ups, vaccines, random foot licking and eye issues, multiple teeth cleanings and extractions, and finally the death of our oldest dog; I was so disappointed when I called to ask about Dr Ambrose moving to the new location and was told without any emotion I could not transfer my care club for the last few months to see her. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with VCA Woodland and for the first time it felt like all they cared about was collecting my money.
I have since found a new vet, who is great with my dogs and much more affordable. I never thought shopping around for vet care was a thing, but I now realize how ridiculously high VCA’s prices are. If they had been willing to work with me, I would have transferred to VCA Knapp and continued to spend top dollar to see Dr Ambrose.
So, all of this to say, the level of care is great and I would have continued care at the new location; but I have decided to forfeit the remainder of my care club coverage after receiving no sympathy over our preferred vet moving locations.”
“Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !”
