Horrible the woman that works counter us rude and won't let me pick up packages early to help my post lady so she doesn't have to deliver so many packages the man that works there let's me but she refuses to even look. And is rude about it. Horrible service

The counter attendant, Chris, feels she is better than everyone else & it is ok to ignore people & be rude & disrespectful to the people she serves. & all the manager does is makes excuses for her employee’s poor behavior. Unacceptable.

I've never had an issue and have found the employees to be very helpful in answering my questions.
