“What can I really say about the United States Postal Service? They have been sending messages for many years!I am 23 years old and had questions about sending mail to my family. So I walked inside and asked a few questions. The mail lady was very intelligent and answered all my questions. Then I mailed a letter to my family! ??”

“A package of mine got misdelivered and Sheila was so helpful and communicative about getting it to me. She was very apologetic and able to track it down in literally less than an hour -- I had it in my mailbox that evening. She was so kind and I know that in the future if I have any questions or concerns they'll be able to help me. Absolute exemplary customer service. Thank you, Sheila!”

“These Google reviews had me hesitating to call this post office and ask any questions, but I was delighted to find a super helpful and friendly voice on the other end (Jill, I think?) who answered all my questions about setting up new delivery service, including suggestions on how to temporarily set up a roadside mailbox without having to dig in frozen ground. Five stars for my initial experience!”

9508 9th St, Interlochen MI 49643
“20 years of business with IPO with no complaints. I had to reroute 3 packages to my po box from a Canadian supplier while items in transit with DHL. Interlochen post office took care of this with a simple phone call from me. Great job peeps!Note: the Canadian company and DHL were of no help despite emails and calls. My items would have been returned to sender.”
