“I purchased a 2016 BMW 5 series from Matt at Silver Lake about 6 weeks ago. He was very polite and good to work with. After just a few days, I had a couple issues come up. The alternator went out on it. There is no way anyone could have seen that coming. Matt helped point me in the right direction and saved a ton of money in repairs. There was also an issue with the CV axle which had recently been replaced. Matt worked it out with a local mechanic and had it taken care of with no cost to me. He took the extra time and helped me.
