It ended up not even being a USPS issue, but the staff member at Clarksville post office was so helpful in researching and knowing how I should proceed. When the package resurfaced she even called me when it arrived at the Cville PO - awesome customer service!”

“We've had a post office box for over 40 years as we live on a private road. Sure once in a while things happen but that's life. Mostly though it's been great! Friendly, courteous staff. We'd all love longer hours but we're lucky to have a post office in our small town.”
