“I attempted to upgrade online about 2 months ago and had a terrible experience. So much so that I delayed the process. On a whim I came into the Auburn Hills location, and Im so glad I did. Ethan was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the transition as seamless as possible. I’ll see you in 4 years for the next upgrade. “Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”
