Received a text after the urgent care sent my script to Kroger that it was “in progress” and nothing after. I didn’t get to the pharmacy until the next day because I was too sick. When I got to the pharmacy, the tech/cashier rudely told me there was nothing waiting for me and what did I think I was getting? She was looking at the screen. She knew what I came for, so when I told her what the script should be, she once again rudely told me it wasn’t covered by my insurance. So I asked what it cost without it and she gives me a price and I tell her to have it filled.. THEN she gets a bigger attitude and tells me, “by the way, we don’t take your insurance here, so you’ll have to find somewhere else to have your scripts filled.” Wow. obnoxious snotty girl. I work in Toledo and live in Temperance. I was trying to keep my money local, Lucky for me there are other pharmacies I can go to in the area. Check your employees, Kroger pharmacy. And why didn’t I get a courtesy call saying 1) they’re sorry but they don’t take my insurance; and 2) would you like us to send it somewhere else that does or fill it at a reduced cost? Luckily, the man that took care of me after was MUCH more friendly, but I don’t have the patience for that kind of treatment.

They run out of my meds, half the time when a doc sends a script, they don’t receive it, I received the wrong needles and syringes, they constantly take my insurance off file any time I use a discount card because the cost is better and then the next time I come in they try and have me pay full price. I tell them to run it through insurance, and they say I don’t have any on file. It can’t be a great place to work bc I rarely run into the same person more than a few times and never see them again. I’m working on switching all my scripts over to a different pharmacy. The money I’ve wasted bc they neglected to run my insurance and the times I’ve been without my medication is absolutely ridiculous.

I've never had an issue with the pharmacists however, the pharmacy techs & cashiers are extremely rude, the young men are nice but the females are not. Two weeks ago I was picking up a medication that was called in and while I was in a full blown panic attack the tech was rudely impatient while I couldn't speak clearly & was trying to talk to her. She loudly asked my birthdate as if I wasn't trying to tell her, when I told her I was having severe anxiety she just stared at me. I let it go but today I went to pick up a medication & they filled the wrong script & behaved as it was my fault. The pharmacist on duty fixed it, no complaints. There was an older gentlemen beside me picking up his medication & asked if they would run it through GoodRx because this medication was expensive & the tech told him Kroger doesn't accept GoodRx, I told her I use GoodRx & she responded saying "we use it but it only covers certain medications", I said "ok, but you just told this man Kroger doesn't accept it" she rolled her eyes at me then put this man's medication through GoodRx & what do you know his medicine was COVERED by GOODRX. Customer service is HARD but you never know what the person on the other side is going through & the last thing someone needs is a rude tech/cashier. If you don't like customer service DO NOT work in it. If Walgreens's accepted GoodRx I would have stayed there but Kroger IS the only pharmacy in the area that accepts it.

Don't use the drive-thru cuz they take their sweet time. Heaven forbid you have a car full of kids and didn't want to drag them in for one prescription and they take their time on every car move as slow as molasses and it's every time.

Terrible. Last week received the automated message that prescription was ready. Went in to pick up what I thought was my son's anti-seizure medication. The clerk at the pharmacy said there was one ready. I told her which one I was looking for. (I verify it now ever since one time this pharmacy gave my mom someone else's prescription ). The clerk said yes. Gave me one that he didn't need. Said they had to order it. They didn't. I had to talk to them 3 times before they ordered it. My son ran out of his meds before they got it

Hands down the worst pharmacy is the Kroger in Lambertville. They never have the medicine you need in stock, not even the really common ones too! And they give an attitude like "we have no clue when we'll get it, better try another pharmacy". It's like they don't care about losing customers at all. Last time my daughter had an ear infection and I tried calling them ahead of time to make sure they received it and the phone line wasnt working. Then when I went in they said they were having issues with their phone and fax and that they never received the prescription and they didn't know when their stuff would be working again. So what? You guys just aren't going to fill people's prescriptions. I'll never go back there again.

Love this pharmacy and grocery store you guys are great at refilling prescriptions and have great customer service. Also have the savings rx card with you guys for discounts well worth it. After having a horrendous experience at Walgreens I have found a great place to shop

On 10/8 I was charged $84.91 for 1 lb of pepperoni and requested Kroger correct their mistake. On 10/9 Kroger responded: I have submitted a refund request of $76.42 for your order. It may take 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your account. I apologize for the inconvenience. Today (10/26) I was advised by Kroger: For further assistance regarding this, kindly contact the Kroger Customer Relations Center by phone at 1-800-917-6484 and reference the case number 50165829. They will be better able to assist you with your refund as they have the expertise in that area.

Thank you Pharmacy Staff! I used app but it gave me a different date my rx would be ready. I called store and you are already filling it!! Amazing especially considering how short staffed you have been through all this covid stuff. Thank you! You are appreciated! To all the customers who order at last minute, stop doing that to them. I answer phone for doctors offices… so to those who call after your prescriptions run out , that is not appreciated by anyone. Please be responsible.

Shout out to Joey and all his help at getting my mom's prescription for Paxlovid to help fight Covid (she's 76 and immunocompromised) I had spent all day waiting on another pharmacy to fill it only to find out they didn't have it. Joey got the script and had it filled in 15 minutes!

Paul doesn’t communicate everything properly. Went in to get my moms medicine that she’s been taking for a year and he didn’t want to fill it because of a past script. One that she hasn’t filled in years and it says that in the computer. He had to talk to the doctor that prescribed the medicine at 6p at night. They are closed and her personal doctor knows more than some pharmacist. Calm down.

When I'm out of refills and my doctor has already called in more, I have to either call kroger pharmacy or go into the store and let them know before they get started on filling it. Plus, it is always busy. Other than that, the staff is usually pretty friendly so that's a minor plus.

I love this store, but yesterday I was going to purchase the salmon on sale. I was at the meat counter and saw salmon that the price didn't match the weekly add, so I asked if the thin guy behind the counter he said that was it. I began to explain why I asked about the price and he stopped me mid sentence and said "Do you want the filet or not". Management needs to ask this person if he needs help, if he doesn't well I'd let him go. You don't treat customers like this at any time. I know one customer will make no difference on Krogers bottom line, but I WON'T EVER BE BACK! I'd give zero stars if I could!
