“The guy pharmacist is really awesome, Jin has also improved. The techs are also awesome with info and if they cannot answer, they guide very well. At one point I was told by one they had “no time to talk” to me and acted like I was a complete problem in existence, but since reporting and figuring things out, they have improved. KBIC Health also plans on using an app to help with record keeping if equivalent to the one I use that uses the same app. They have improved communication, help the patients that don’t have a case manager to help manage meds and fill times (all mine can be filled in 1 week). I had medications fillable almost every day of the month at one point, and it’s really been handled to help handle the stress and I highly appreciate it!”
