It's not a bad place for the price and it's clean and housekeeping is real good,been here off and on and I'd tell my family and friends about it,now been here for a minute and they r really good

315 is well worth a stay here for a 1 bed room unit . I was surprised by the great costumer service and hospitality from the room attendants. The only downside is I do think ownership should invest and remodel . But for 315 you can beat it comfortable bed good ac. Few spiders is normal NO BED BUGS ! There convenient but there are small problems like cracked bathroom floor one stay and a ugly woren out chair a second stay that could use some handy work but was clean no bugs and quiet...
