Barnes & Noble is a beautiful store and one of the best places in Lansing. It has a great children's nook that also accommodates adults, and the book variety is mind-blowing, including publications in Spanish. The store carries bookmarks, unique travel games, erasable book page pens, hard-to-find large lego sets, record albums, and fun trinkets. What they don't have they can usually get. Its cafeteria is a delight. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, eager, polite, respectful, and professional. They provide great recommendations and great deals. The staff at the mall was helpful, and security is available if needed. It is a pleasure to visit and highly recommended even to just look around, as you will find something you never even knew existed.

Great books always but the staff lately haven't been very helpful. I use to walk in and would instantly have someone greet me know its hard to find anyone. I think like most places its understaffed.
