“So while traveling down to Ohio from Traverse City, we pull into the Soeedway down there to get gas. As we were backing out we heard a big thump, only to find out we broke our lower ball joint. I went and started searching for local repair shops to see if I could get our truck in. After calling about 5 different shops none of them could get us in. I then called Mike's Busted Knuckle, I explained to him we were not from around here and asked if we could get our truck in even if that ment we had to get a rental car to continue on to our vacation and we would just pick our truck back up on our way back through. Well Mike went above and beyond and said they could fix our truck the same day to save us on the rental car. Yes it took majority of the day but they went out of their way to get us back on the road. “I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked. I was told to come back by an older man behind the counter. The 2nd time I came back I was told the wait would be more than an hour by this same man. I ran an errand, came back within 30 minutes and there was this lovely lady behind the counter, who immediately got one of the men in the shop to assist me. The gentleman who assisted me, patiently showed me how to check the tire pressure for myself. I gave this a 5 star rating, because the 3rd time was definitely a charm!!!”
