Night and day difference, so much better. New management. Staff was friendly, work was competent, and price was reasonable. I will go there the next time I need work done on my car.”

“Great experience Had a great experience here. They fixed an issue with my truck for what I felt was a fair price, and everyone was friendly and helpful. “Not only was my vehicle done in a wonderful timeframe, I was treated well and with respect. Their text estimate program is amazing. It broke everything down so I could see my needs vs less immediate repair. Granted, I needed some hefty immediate things done, so I selected all. Done well, done timely, and FANTASTIC customer service. Joel put up with me in the office as I was having a couple banking issues and he was incredibly helpful and patient! :) I’ve lived in the greater Lansing area for a decade now, and have been searching for a trustworthy and customer service/educational vehicle repair shop and I have found it. Finally. Thanks guys for all you do!!”

“Going into the Service Department at Shaheen Cadillac is like walking into your favorite local space. They never forget my name, my husband’s name or what the car I was driving before was. It’s worth the 20 minute drive to know and be known. Brian has been taking care of my cars for several years and he will take care of the next one. The Service Department is the reason to buy cars from Shaheen Cadillac.”

“I had an amazing experience with Town & Country. I brought my car is for an inspection knowing it had tons of issues. They provided me a list of all the repairs needed with transparent pricing. Plus, when I decided not to go through with the repairs (not because of them, solely because it is a vehicle not worth fixing to me at this point), they talked to me about various cars, dealers, pre-vehicle inspections, and gave helpful recommendations and information. That is completely above and beyond and they did it with a smile and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. Prior to purchasing my next vehicle, I will absolutely take it here for a pre-vehicle inspection and will use this mechanic in the future. I am blown away with the kindness, pricing, and transparency.”

“I was recommended Denny’s by a friend of a friend and oh boy, was I glad! They are fast, kind and thorough. I really appreciate talking with Tim, and doing a differential diagnosis on my ac issues. He was thoughtful, listened, and was so courteous to not try and upsell something that he was unsure about. Together we were able to pinpoint my issues. He did great work, and helped me find an even deeper issue than we originally thought I had. I definitely will come back, and recommend them! Thanks team!”

“I've used Kamins many, many times in my life and they've never done me wrong. This is truly one of the Original Auto parts stores from long ago. Before any of the big chain stores were even thought of. I've always known that they hire the best people that have great knowledge of automobiles of all kinds. It feels like family when you're there. They have what you need to get you on your way. 5 Stars for sure for 40+ years of service to the community.”
