“Pulled into the shop at 4:20 pm on a Friday afternoon. Was expecting to have to leave my vehicle. The heat shield had fallen off and was rattling something fierce. The manager was able to do the fix while I waited. Fixed on 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing.
Tuffy has serviced 3 of my vehicles in the past 5 years, always professional, courteous and well within my budget. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there.”

“I made a mistake when I ordered a part to be delivered to the dealership, I forgot to schedule an appointment. Dumb mistake! However, I walked in and spoke with one of your service agents and he wasn’t sure if he would be able to squeeze it in until the next day? This guy went out of his way to see if I could even manage to get my truck in, as this was my only day off I had. Let me just say, say whatever you want but, when a guy working for the dealership takes it upon his self to see what he can do, now that makes you feel so good inside. I will never forget what he did on that day. Always going to bring my truck in and I hope he my service guy.”

“I had taken my truck to another shop that quoted me an extremely high price. I took it to EJ's instead and was offered a quote for less than 1/3 of the other shop's price. EJ's repaired my truck really fast and identified other issues that should be fixed down the road, and they gave me a referral for another shop for work they don't do at this shop. They are a very fair and honest business, and a great asset to the Lansing community. Call EJ's before you think of taking your vehicle anywhere else! Highly recommended!”

“Had a issue with my jeep after going to 37in tires, did not want to go down the highway straight, been to a few different shops and no luck , i reached out to Ken after he responded to someone else’s post on Facebook that had a issue so i messaged him, 2 weeks later my jeep is at Allpro, Eric got it dialed perfectly, gong down the freeway now at 80 with one finger on the wheel, I couldn’t get above 70 without the jeep wanting to swing around on me, great service, great communication, very thorough, Eric wouldn’t stop till it was to his liking, definitely my spot going forward, if you have a Jeep and thinking about getting a lift kit or already have it and not happy with the way it drives go Ken and Eric at Allpro you won’t be disappointed!”
