Capital Car Wash - Waverly Road

Car Wash
Hours: Capital Car Wash - Waverly Road offers a convenient location with a clean and well-lit parking lot, making it a safe place to visit. Customers generally enjoy the friendly atmosphere and find that their vehicles come out shining after the wash. However, the facility has some issues. The vacuum stations, especially the first and second ones, are slow and often do not work well, with some vacuums not accepting tokens or cash. The pressure washer can cut off, and the machines can be slow to switch between functions, leading to longer wash times. Additionally, the vacuum equipment needs updating to improve performance. Customer service is responsive; when issues like broken machines occur, refunds are handled quickly. On the downside, some staff members have been reported as rude, especially when dealing with children or customers. Overall, the location is appreciated for its safety and cleanliness, but minor improvements in equipment and staff friendliness would enhance the experience.
