“Great car wash, prices could be more reasonable. The only problem I’m sure a lot of us have is the entrance exit drive no one seems to know what way to take. Either you are in the wrong spot or the other vehicles are. it’s becoming a hostile area for drivers. I would recommend the company buy signs for that entrance/ Exit area.”

“First time ever getting car detail and did it with both vehicles with appts at kwik. At first I rolled up and thought it was an old car wash and I might be at the wrong place. But they washed and took it back to detail and both cars came out shinny new. Love it. Everyone was friendly and I sat in detail room away from noise to work on laptop. They took 2.5hr for sonata and 3.75hr for Jeep Cherokee. Now the Jeep has been off road and the family car for two toddlers and a dog, so it was bad. And they cleaned it great.Services: Auto detailing”

“We take our fleet vehicles here and they are one of the few that will actually take the time to pre spray your vehicle off before sending it thru the wash. About $20 per vehicle monthly and you can wash everyday if you wanted to. This wash gets almost all the dirt off. The only way you’ll get a better wash is hand washing yourself.”

“This Shell car wash is one of few in the Lansing area that is touch free. I prefer touch free because it doesn't rub and slap my car. My mirrors don't fold in. I have lost one before. You will not damage your car that way with touch free”

“I had my car detailed by them yesterday. I gave it to them filthy, and they returned it to me, well, spotless. In fact, that is why it rained yesterday.A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee.They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me.If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.”
