Although this bank is normally busy, there is one employee that stands out to me one of the best and that is Heidi. I’ve seen her at another case bank and she helped me buy a new truck. She is a wonderful person and she’s a valuable asset to that company. I prefer to only deal with her when I go to Case Bank if she’s there. She always has words of encouragement even when times are hard. Thank you for employing people like this.

Only a few locations and $11 to replace my card that had a defective chip. But overall I love my savings acct that acts like a chkng. I cannot overdraft ever and no fees

I LOVE CASE CREDIT UNION! because they care about their members. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs help and needs a credit union. The West Saginaw Team is awesome. Julie Teed is awesome at any branch she goes to. They have helped me, my friends and family tremendously. Kelli in the lending department is wonderful as well.

So last year 2022, case upgraded some of their ATMs you can get more than 20s The one here had options for 50s 20s 25s ones I can't quite remember there could have been hundreds but not that rich ???

The worst branch out of ALL of Case branches. Everyone is lazy. I walk in and see 4 people doing absolutely nothing and only one person at the window to tackle a long line of people. This location is a joke. The Manager walks around doing nothing watching his employees struggle. It’s a joke. This location is a joke.

The lines are never really long. Zach is personable and friendly. I dont like that the video tellers dont give the same full service. You do have to go inside now for cashier checks etc.

I have been a customer for almost a month now. Ashley opened my account. She was very patient and kind with me from start to finish. My earnings didn't get put on my other debit card as they were supposed to. I came back into the credit union and Zach offered a solution for me. We had my earnings direct deposit into my account at Case Credit Union and within 2 days I had my earnings. I could not be more satisfied with the service I have been given by this credit union. And the kindness I have received by Ashley and Zach goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere else. Job well done.?

Zach has been the absolute best bank representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond to make things work and get things done for us today. I was ready to walk away from this account and he turned it around and made it so I can buy my new car tomorrow. Of all the banks and loan reps I’ve worked with over the years, this is by far the best and second to none. I cannot say enough good things.

I've had an account here for over 20 years and had extreme difficulties for the last year with this place. I'm on chemo, so going into an establishment without mask mandates is extremely risky for me, so I've always used the drive through. Except now, with the new video tellers, I have to provide my full social security number and drivers license because my debit card was lost and frozen and they never replaced it. I'm not comfortable providing my full SSN on a computer screen out in the open just to access my money! Then I attempted to set up an EFT situation so I could at least move my money to a credit union I can use the video teller without providing my full SSN and withdraw that way, but their system is so broken it doesn't work! Any time I tried to get help, I got berated by customer service reps. I'm moving all of my accounts, though I doubt they'll let that be a simple process either

I have worked with the Branch Manager on several different occasions. He was beyond helpful and really took the time to get all of my banking needs taken care of. I can not say enough positive things and will continue to recommend this branch to everyone.
