Unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. ZERO customer service behind the counter. Do yourself a favor and go to the downtown branch, or switch banks. I'm considering the latter and I've been with Chase for almost 20 years.

They do not have a drive up ATM here which is an inconvenience and the one they have indoors is slow and sometimes down.
